Relationship Manager - Retail Health

The Relationship Manager – Retail Health will be responsible for expanding USGI's retail health footprint by recruiting and training high‑performing agents, achieving monthly Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners. This role requires daily field visits, competitive market analysis, and excellent communication to ensure our agents deliver superior health solutions to customers.

Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified retail health agents. Design and deliver comprehensive agent training programs. Achieve and exceed monthly GWP (Gross Written Premium) goals. Conduct daily field visits to support agents and assess market conditions. Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights. Develop and nurture relationships with retail health partners.

Track and report performance metrics and sales forecasts. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Facilitate effective communication between agents, clients, and internal teams. Identify opportunities for product and service enhancements based on field feedback. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail health, insurance, or related sales environment.

Proven success in agent recruitment and training. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly GWP targets. Comfortable conducting daily field visits and on‑site support. Strong knowledge of competitive landscape and market trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
