Operations Analyst

We Are Hiring an Operations Analyst Workplace: 100% On-site Location: Guatemala City – Ciudad Cayalá, Zona 16 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (GUA) At Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) , we're looking for an Operations Analyst to help optimize and standardize business processes across our organization.

What you'll do

Analyze and improve operational processes. Develop SOPs, policies, and process documentation. Design and monitor KPIs. Lead process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence. Experience creating SOPs, workflows, and process documentation. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
