Founding GTM Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the founding team at an early-stage healthtech company as its first GTM Engineer. You will build the sales motion for AI software serving veterinary practices, working closely with the founders and helping shape the path to future sales hires.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage full-cycle sales to veterinary practices, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Develop and test outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events, refining targeting and messaging based on results.
• Build customer relationships after the sale, supporting retention, identifying upsell opportunities, and gathering referrals.
• Own CRM pipeline management, data hygiene, and reporting using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
• Document and improve early sales processes, playbooks, and reporting, including dashboards where useful.
• Share customer and market insights with the product and founding teams.
• Help recruit, train, and onboard future sales team members.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM, with direct responsibility for pipeline generation and closing.
• Demonstrated B2B full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software, and confidence with multichannel outreach and CRM tools.
• Fluent German, spoken and written, and able to work on-site in Berlin.
• Experience building sales processes in an early-stage startup and testing sales channels, messaging, or target segments.
• Customer relationship experience, including retention, upselling, and translating feedback into product insights.
• Healthcare, veterinary, regulated-services, AI, or SMB and mid-market SaaS sales experience is useful.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Salary: €60,000 to €70,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany.
