What You’ll Do As a Grounds Keeper (Groundskeeper / Grounds Maintenance Technician), you will maintain high standards of quality and appearance across the facility .

Assist with general facility upkeep, grounds maintenance, and exterior prep work . Perform basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems . Complete grounds and maintenance work orders accurately using hand tools and power equipment . Operate company vehicles safely and assist with preventive equipment maintenance .

What You Bring To The Team High school diploma or equivalent . At least 1 year of experience in a grounds or maintenance role . Practical skill using hand/power tools for minor repairs . Ability to stand, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs . Ability to pass a background check and drug screen . Why Work For The Budd Group?
