CMA Architects & Engineers LLC is a full-service engineering and architecture design firm with over 65 years of experience is looking for a Full Time Architect to assist Architecture Department Lead in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects in mostly commercial and institutional market.

Key Responsibilities

Assist/Develop in the conceptualization and design of architectural projects in all design phases. Lead multidisciplinary team Conduct site visits. Create and review architectural drawings using software in Revit /AutoCAD Codes and Standards compliance. Develop visual presentations, 3D models, and renderings to communicate design concepts.

Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and /or consultants . Support the preparation of technical documentation /specifications Develop technical reports and/or as builts Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree / master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution Active professional registration (Architect in Training, AIT or Registered Architect, RA).

Previous experience in a similar role in architectural firms preferred. Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, and 3D modeling tools. Basic knowledge of codes, regulations and/or industry standards. Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills. Creativity and innovation in solving design challenges.

Ability to prioritize/manage multiple tasks and adapt to tight deadlines. Fully Bilingual (English) Portfolio required as part of the application .
