Law Enforcement Officer - Certified ($10,000 Sign-On Bonus) (2026)

$10,000 Hiring Bonus Eligibility for EXPERIENCED Florida State Certified Law Enforcement Officer Candidates: You must currently be employed by a law enforcement agency within the State of Florida and have a minimum of ONE YEAR full-time sworn, law enforcement experience from a Florida law enforcement agency (not including time spent in the police academy).

Payment  - $5,000 will be paid upon hire and $5,000 will be paid upon successful completion of field training. *You must meet the criteria above and hired after January 1, 2025. Bonus is subject to applicable payroll taxes. All monies are subject to repayment if employment ends for any reason within the first 2-years.
