Soft Architect with 8+ years of experience in integration architecture, Mule. Soft development, and enterprise application integration. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Mule.

Soft Anypoint Platform and a solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party systems. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions while working closely with business, technology, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and define enterprise integration architecture using Mule. Soft and Anypoint Platform. Lead the architecture and implementation of complex Salesforce integrations with internal and external applications. Design API-led connectivity solutions using System, Process, and Experience APIs. Define integration patterns, API strategies, data flows, security standards, and reusable frameworks.

Develop and review Mule. Soft APIs, integrations, and technical solutions for scalability, performance, and maintainability. Integrate Salesforce with ERP, CRM, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party applications. Work with Salesforce architects and development teams to define optimal integration approaches. Provide technical leadership and guidance to Mule.

Soft developers and integration teams. Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments. Troubleshoot complex integration, API, performance, and production issues. Establish and enforce integration best practices, governance, security, and development standards. Collaborate with global stakeholders, business teams, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software integration, API development, or enterprise application integration including at least 2+ years acting as a Mule. Soft Architect. Strong hands-on experience with Mule. Soft Anypoint Platform. Strong expertise in Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange and Data.

Weave 2.0. Experience with varied Mule. Soft deployment architectures, including Cloud. Hub, Runtime Fabric (RTF), Hybrid, and completely On-Premise standalone environments. Understanding of the architectural trade-offs between fully managed integration platforms (i. PaaS) and customer-hosted runtimes Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.

Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations. Good understanding of Salesforce APIs such as REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs. Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party systems. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.

0, JWT, SAML, and API security. Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices for Mule. Soft deployments. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of integration security, authentication, authorization, encryption, and data governance. Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, logging, and production support for integration platforms.

Strong architecture, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Mule. Soft certifications such as Mule. Soft Certified Platform Architect or Integration Architect. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Integration Architect or Application Architect. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Data Cloud.

Experience with Kafka or other event-driven architectures. Experience with API gateways and enterprise API management. Experience working in large-scale Salesforce transformation or modernization programs.
