Key Responsibilities

A. Customer Service & Complaint Handling Manage customer complaints related to battery performance, warranty claims, and service issues. Ensure timely resolution of complaints within defined TAT. Monitor complaint trends and implement preventive actions. B. Warranty & Service Operations Oversee warranty claim processing, validation, and approvals.

Ensure compliance with company warranty policies and procedures. Coordinate with field service teams and distributors for resolution. C. Service Network Management Manage and strengthen service dealer/distributor network. Monitor service quality across regions. Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of service partners.

D. Customer Experience & Satisfaction Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze customer feedback, NPS, and complaint data. Implement customer-centric improvements in service delivery. Manage and strengthen service dealer/distributor network. Monitor service quality across regions. Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of service partners.

D. Customer Experience & Satisfaction Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze customer feedback, NPS, and complaint data. Implement customer-centric improvements in service delivery. Qualification •Any Grad/Any BE/Diploma/MBA Experience •5-10 Yrs
