Management Assistant

You will serve as a Management Assistant at the Naval Base Kitsap for the TRIDENT TRAINING FACILITY (TRITRAFAC) Bangor.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Providing administrative and customer service and processes including writing correspondence, enlisted performance evaluations, Fitness Reports, and reviewing publications and directives to support organizational goals and priorities;
2. Utilizing office software and data bases to accurately create, enter, revise, sort, or calculate, transmit and retrieve data for standard reports;
3. Interpreting and applying regulatory and procedural requirements, and providing advice on personnel policies and procedures; and
4. Maintaining files and suspense records per office filing procedures.
