• AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage the home loan sales division. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in home loan products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and channel partners. This position requires a leader who can motivate and guide a sales team to achieve targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve home loan business targets in alignment with the bank’s objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage the home loan sales team to enhance their performance and professional growth. Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners, real estate developers, and brokers to expand the home loan customer base.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales approaches and product offerings accordingly. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to home loan sales and documentation. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and launch promotional campaigns tailored to home loan products.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management for decision-making. Drive customer engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction, retention, and referral rates within the home loan segment. Coordinate with credit and risk teams to streamline loan processing and approval workflows, reducing turnaround times.

Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance updates.
