As an LPN on our evening shift, you'll play an important role in providing compassionate, quality nursing care to our residents.

Your responsibilities

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes appropriately. Providing direct nursing care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety. Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals. Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation.

Supporting CNAs and fellow nursing team members. Communicating with residents and families with kindness and professionalism. Following facility policies, nursing standards, and infection prevention procedures. Helping create a positive, supportive environment for residents and coworkers.
