Warehouse Supervisor Location : Hounslow Hours: Tues

We are looking for someone who can … Develop and train reports and ensure SLA’s are hit for the day shift Process MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders Managing all areas of the day operations, sortation and transportation in an efficient cost-effective manner. People Management – recruitment / inductions and ongoing performance and attendance management, submission of daily debrief with drivers and weekly reports required. Compliance – Legalities, Management of domestic driving hours (breaks/length of shifts/rest periods). Additional support on all driver compliance in depots Resourcing – effective utilisation of rosters.
