Client Advocate Support Specialist

• Irvine, CA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $24.00 - $30.00Hourly, Job Description: Aeronet is seeking a highly organized, proactive Client Advocate Support Specialist to provide day-to day support to the Director, Client Advocate and help to deliver a seamless client experience across the client lifecycle.

A Day in the Life

Client Onboarding Support: Support end to end onboarding for new clients including scheduling kickoff meetings and gathering requirements. Maintain onboarding playbooks, checklists and welcome materials to standardize the client experience. Performance Metrics Support: Gather and compile key performance indicators in relation to our clients.

Support leadership in researching the root causes of performance gaps and tracking corrective action plans. Client Business Review Support: Assist in preparing periodic Client Business Reviews. Gather data and insights, capture notes and action items for followup. External Business Certification Support: Support the lifecycle management of external business certifications required for client and regulatory obligations (e.

g., SAM.Gov, FEMA, FDA, CDP, Eco. Vadis, State) CRM management: Measure and report CRM activity. Analyze and report business activity by varied groups. RFP Support: Assist in the preparation and coordination of RFPs, RFIs and RFQs. Process Improvement Support: Assist in documenting SOPs and participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field or equivalent professional experience. Experience: 1-3+ years experience in client services, account coordination or logistics/supply chain operations. Software: Microsoft Office Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills including experience presenting to clients and stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and certification cycles simultaneously. This position is located in our corporate headquarters with occasional travel to client sites, other Aeronet locations or certification audits (approximately 5%).

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $24 -$30 per hour. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location.
