Job Coach/Mentor | $20/Hour What if your job was helping someone discover what they CAN do? We’re looking for a patient, positive, and encouraging job mentor to help young adults ages 18–26 build confidence, independence, and real-world job skills. You’ll work one-on-one in schools and community workplaces—teaching skills, celebrating progress, solving challenges, and helping turn “I can’t” into “I did it.

Minimum Qualifications
of a Job Mentor High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organization and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive mentoring and coaching skills Valid driver's license Reliable transportation between community worksites Ability to pass a criminal background check Physical Requirements of a Job Mentor Ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods Bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout worksites Lift up to 10 pounds Work in both school and community-based environments Make a Difference Every Day If you are a mentor, coach, role model, problem-solver, and encourager who wants to help young adults become more confident, independent, and prepared for the workforce, we want to meet you.
