Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Panaiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter who has strong communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various open positions.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals (Work. India,. Job Hai etc.) Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews Shortlist candidates based on job requirements Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers Maintain candidate database and tracking sheets Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Ensure a good candidate experience Handle bulk hiring if required Requirements Mandatory Requirements Good communication skills Knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) 3–6 years of experience in recruitment Familiarity with job portals and MS Excel/Google Sheets Key Skills Communication & Interpersonal Skills Candidate Screening Sourcing Techniques Time Management Coordination & Follow-up Interested candidates can share their resumes or contact the HR.
