Greet guests and take orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked workspace. Handle transactions and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. SHIFT LEADERS (Age Requirement: 18+) Direct the operation in the absence of the GM/Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality and service.

Monitor employee breaks, overtime, and daily scheduling. Assist with training new team members and encouraging a positive attitude. Oversee cash handling policies, audit paperwork, and complete Daily Cash Reports. Ensure the team maintains peak cleanliness and workplace safety.
