The Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced Plumbers / Drain Technicians** who want more than just a job. This is a career opportunity for professionals who enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and being part of a team that truly values their work.

You’ll diagnose plumbing issues, provide clear solutions, and help customers make confident, informed decisions—all while being supported by leadership, training, and top-tier tools.

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000–$175,000 **average annual earnings (performance-based)

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and resolve urgent residential plumbing issues

Meet with customers to explain findings and recommend solutions

Deliver excellent customer service from start to finish

Participate in** **paid classroom training 2–3 times per month

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of plumbing experience**

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Customer-focused mindset

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass background and drug screenings (per state & federal law)

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs**

Willingness to follow instructions and accept feedback

Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday

• Monday -Friday with rotating weekends and on-call
