Job Description: Digital Marketing Trainer & Offline Session Leader Location: Gurgaon Center Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off) Position Overview: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Trainer & Offline Session Leader to join our Marketing team. This hybrid role involves supporting the Marketing department and leading offline training sessions at our Gurgaon center.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities: Assist the Marketing department with planning and executing marketing campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement. Training Responsibilities: Lead offline training sessions at our Gurgaon center, ensuring high-quality delivery. Answer student queries and provide guidance and support. Conduct meetings with students to address their concerns and feedback. Develop and update training materials to keep them relevant and engaging.

Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns. Previous experience in a training or teaching role is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiastic and approachable personality with a passion for education.
