Domino’s Assistant Manager Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members. Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time. Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally. Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures. Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness. Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.

Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing. Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals. Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.

Qualifications

Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Restaurant or supervisory experience preferred; training provided.
