Blending Technician

JOB PURPOSE: To perform feed mixing and preparation processes according to approved formulations and production plans while ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Perform feed mixing activities according to approved formulas and specifications.

Monitor product consistency and quality during and after the mixing process. Ensure equipment readiness and report any operational issues or breakdowns. Comply with health, safety, and company operational procedures. Record production data, material usage, and operational activities accurately. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas in line with hygiene standards.
