Our dentists have the opportunity to perform a broad range of comprehensive general dentistry based on their clinical skills and comfort level , while maintaining complete autonomy over treatment planning.

COMPENSATION

Permanent daily minimum guarantee Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for select opportunities Average full-time compensation: $300,000–$350,000+ No production cap Full patient schedule from day one Strong long-term earning potential CLINICAL PRACTICE Complete autonomy over treatment planning Established patient base and strong patient flow Opportunity to perform comprehensive general dentistry Fully digital and paperless office Modern equipment and dedicated clinical support Discretion over preferred dental supplies and instruments Mentorship from experienced clinicians Opportunity to develop clinically, increase speed, and expand your procedure mix FULL-TIME OR BUILD A PART-TIME SCHEDULE Not looking for five days a week?
