• Electrical Experience: 6-10 Years Broad Roles, Accountability & Responsibilities: The PMO is the head-office project management function that drives overall planning, coordination and control of the project. It owns project planning and scheduling, budget preparation and expenditure tracking, and provides primary oversight of purchase requisitions, vendor contracts and material procurement. The PMO tracks progress across site preliminary investigation, project design, civil and electrical execution, and testing, commissioning and handover, escalating risks and schedule deviations to leadership. It also monitors billing, cost and milestone payment processes to keep project finances aligned with the approved budget, ensuring information flows correctly between design, procurement, site and finance functions.
