Make outbound calls to restaurant partners to offer relevant campaign solutions Support campaign participation and help improve partner engagement Coordinate with internal teams and share insights from merchant conversations Maintain records and updates using Excel and Google Sheets 1–2 years of telesales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills in Thai (English is a plus) Confident in using Excel and Google Sheets Good understanding of restaurant operations and thinking Proactive attitude, team player, and open to learning
