Sanco Equipment is looking for an experienced, motivated Parts Manager to lead our parts department in Rochester, MN. We're looking for someone who enjoys leading a team, improving processes, and finding ways to grow the business.

The right person will have a strong understanding of parts operations, inventory management, and customer service, along with the ability to work closely with our sales, service, and rental departments. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a department and make a real impact.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage daily parts department operations. Oversee inventory, purchasing, receiving, stocking, and returns. Maintain accurate inventory levels while reducing obsolete and aging inventory. Develop and improve processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage department performance, including sales, margins, and profitability.

Identify opportunities to grow parts sales and strengthen customer relationships. Work closely with service, sales, and rental teams to ensure parts availability. Develop employees and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. Use dealership systems and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in parts management or a related equipment dealership role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience managing inventory, budgets, and departmental performance. Comfortable working with dealership management systems and technology. Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction or agricultural equipment preferred.

A hands-on leader who is organized, dependable, and focused on continuous improvement.
