Clinical Director

Clinical Director – Inpatient Behavioral Health & Substance Use Treatment We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Director to provide leadership and oversight of clinical services within our behavioral health treatment program. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field , along with experience in inpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment .

Responsibilities include

supervising clinical staff, ensuring quality patient care, overseeing treatment planning and clinical documentation, maintaining regulatory compliance, and promoting evidence-based clinical practices.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required. Experience in inpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment required. Previous clinical supervision or leadership experience preferred. Knowledge of Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) regulations and compliance requirements preferred.

Familiarity with Joint Commission accreditation standards preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
