AVP / VP, Syndication Professional

Job Descriptions: Experienced Syndicated Loan Sales to distribute the corporate and syndicated loan facilities including structured, M&A and project finance transactions Assess the credit worthiness of prospective borrowers, conduct market comparable analysis and sell-down strategy Lead and execute syndicated loan distribution (both primary and secondary) including underwriting and general syndication Develop and maintain relationship with other industry peers and extend the distribution network (both Local, PRC and Foreign Banks etc) Keep track on the market conditions, pricing trends, investor appetite for loan syndication Execute the secondary loan trades Complete the special tasks / projects assigned by Head of Syndication Complete the regular reporting Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related filed in leading University Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in syndicated loan distribution.

Proven financial, commercial and business acumen Good presentation skills. A team player with strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills Can work efficiently and independently under minimal supervision. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong understanding of syndicated loan market practice and mechancism Knowledge of MS applications including Excel and Power Point and good PC skills Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua Applicants who are not contacted within 8 weeks may consider their applications unsuccessful and their personal data will be retained by the bank for a period up to two years.
