A. Administrative Support

• Support the tracking and recording of office and project expenses.
• Assist with the preparation of invoices, payment requests, and related financial documentation, under supervision.
• Help maintain up-to-date and organized financial and administrative records.
• Support the coordination of office utilities, supplies, and general logistics.
• Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and field missions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and logistics.
• Provide event planning and documentation support for project activities.
• Maintain organized filing systems for administrative and project-related documents. B. Technical Support
• Conduct background research and data gathering to support project design and implementation.
• Assist in drafting concept notes, progress reports, and preliminary technical documents, for review by senior staff.
• Attend stakeholder and technical meetings, take notes/minutes, and support the circulation of summaries to relevant teams.
• Support the organization and coordination of webinars, virtual events, and capacity-building sessions.
• Liaise, as directed, with relevant teams in the Nextier Nigeria office for backstopping support on various tasks.
• Help maintain and update project databases and contact lists.
• Contribute to internal knowledge management and information-sharing systems. C. Business Development Exposure
• Support periodic searches for business opportunities, including tenders and calls for proposals on donor and government websites.
• Assist with the compilation of bid documents and administrative requirements for proposal submissions.
• Help maintain a database of identified opportunities under the guidance of senior staff.
