• Join AU Small Finance Bank Limited as a Trainee Centre Manager in the Sales and Service department, where you will be groomed to lead and manage branch operations with a focus on microfinance and banking services. This role is designed for individuals eager to develop expertise in financial product sales, customer relationship management, and operational excellence within the financial services sector. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering superior customer service to enhance the bank's market presence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

:- Assist in managing daily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to bank policies and procedures. Drive sales of microfinance and other banking products by identifying customer needs and providing tailored financial solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Support the implementation of sales strategies and service initiatives to achieve branch targets and business growth. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls to mitigate operational risks. Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.

Prepare and analyze branch performance reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently. Participate in training programs to continuously upgrade knowledge of financial products, market trends, and sales techniques.

Contribute to community outreach and financial literacy programs to promote the bank’s services and brand.
