Youโll also receive specialist training, including dementia care, to help you grow and deliver the highest quality care. ๐ What Weโre Looking For: Morning availability (essential) At least 2 evenings per week (essential) Availability every other weekend (essential) Car drivers with a valid licence & access to own vehicle (REQUIRED) ๐ What Youโll Be Doing: Personal Care & Daily Tasks: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, medication reminders, and mobility Comfort & Well-being: Deliver care respectfully, maintain privacy, monitor health, and enhance clientsโ quality of life Companionship & Emotional Support: Provide friendly interaction, engage in activities, and reduce loneliness Promoting Independence : Encourage clients to do tasks they can manage, support safe mobility, and foster self-confidence at home ๐ Qualifications: Compassion & Empathy: A warm, approachable personality with the ability to connect meaningfully with older people Professionalism: Dedicated and responsible, with a genuine passion for delivering the highest quality of care Communication Skills: Positive outlook and ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English Eligibility: Right to work in the UK Mobility: Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle, as travel between client visits is required Love helping others and want a career that truly matters?
