This position REQUIRES a Bachelor's degree Job Summary As a Behavioral Support Technician in our specialized Intense Behavioral Home, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for our Residents. You’ll help implement structured behavioral plans and support individuals in building the skills they need to thrive—all while embracing American Training’s award-winning culture of dignity, respect, and WOW! Key Responsibilities

Follow a designated protocol for health and physician’s orders and Applied Behavioral Analysis based plans and practices. Implement the plan to achieve Resident’s goals and adhere to specific intensive and targeted behavioral plans. Complete daily documentation and report on Residential and programmatic progress including multiple data fields on behavioral interventions.

Use appropriate, approved behavioral and physical management techniques to ensure safety of Colleagues and Residents in a variety of settings.

Qualifications

BA/BS required Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with behavioral and/or clinical challenges PABC training to be completed by 30 days of hire. First Aid/CPR required. MAP training and course completion within 3 months of hire. Ability to work 3-11 and overnight shifts. Must include one weekend day.
