In this vital role, you’ll connect with individuals and families through outreach and in-reach efforts, providing education and hands-on assistance to enroll them in affordable health coverage options like Covered California, Medi-Cal, Medicare, and CHIP. You’ll also guide clients through enrollment in essential non-health programs such as CalFresh.

Work schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm. This position requires availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to support community events/meetings.
