Full-Time Superintendent

Superintendent shall be responsible for overall maintenance, repairs and upkeep of agency locations. Utilizing sound judgement, critical thinking and communications skills, the Superintendent shall process work orders, tasks and projects efficiently, delivering on schedule. The Superintendent shall remain knowledgeable of agency operational systems and maintain licenses and/or certifications as required.

Additional Requirements Must have minimum of two years’ Superintendent experience or in related field Require skills but not limited to: Heavy Lifting Necessary (to include overhead lifting/holding) Operating Machinery to include (but not limited to): landscaping equipment snow removal equipment construction equipment and tools pallet jack desktop computer Climbing Stairs Manual Dexterity Walking with and Carrying Maintenance Materials Push/Pull – Object Movement (ie: furniture placement and movement – flooring removals) Exposure to working in outdoor elements Education Requirements: High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor preferred Valid driver’s license in good standing Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
