BIM Modeller (MEP)

Job description:

• Responsible for creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• To create BIM models and build the BIM libraries
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes;
• To produce construction drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools. Requirement:
• Develop plan, elevation, section and detail drawings from the BIM/CAD with adequate detail
• Experience utilizing Autodesk Revit/Navisworks and AutoCAD software
• Ability to read and understand MEP construction documents/drawings
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:45pm Sat, 8:30am to 12:30pm
