What you’ll do As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will be reporting to the Shop Manager and you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day smooth operation of the store, in accordance with overall company sales policy Μaximize profitability by achieving store targets and applying all company’s policies & procedures. Effectively meet customers’ demands and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.

Develop excellent relationships with shop customers and local community. Provide customers and sales representatives from basic to advanced information & tips on making the best of our products and services. Motivate and inspire store employees in achieving qualitative and quantitate targets and train and support new employees.

Ιnitiate changes to improve store operation.

Who you are

3 + years of working experience in a sales position. Knowledge of monitoring and reporting of sales results. Very good verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English language. Management and training skills, combined with flexibility, problem handling and solving ability. Team player with innovative culture.
