Job description
Preferred Skills/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Multi-tasking ability Detail-orientation Team-player mindset and eagerness to help others Excellent verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet customers Run errands Scan documents into loan files Monitor and confirm receipt of new loan files, uploaded conditions, and closing requests Upload loan files for quality control review Request pre-closing items for loan files (homeowner’s insurance, payoffs, verbal verification of employment, etc) Publish daily rates for secondary market loans Other duties as assigned Working Conditions/Physical Demands: Position operates in a professional office environment Routine use of standard office equipment, i.
e. computers, phones, photocopiers, calculators, and filing cabinets Must be able to remain sedentary 50% of the time Employee will occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
