Senior Sales Manager SWOT Hospitality

SWOT Hospitality is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales strategy for our hotel portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, hospitality, and business development , with a proven track record of driving revenue, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and key industry partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities. Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams. Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, sales missions, and client meetings. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

Lead and support the sales team, ensuring the achievement of individual and departmental targets.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in hotel sales or a similar senior hospitality sales role. Strong knowledge of the hotel and tourism industry. Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong commercial mindset and business development capabilities.

Excellent knowledge of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage. Ability to travel for business meetings and industry events. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
