Security and Safety Trainer

Newfields is seeking a Safety and Security Trainer to lead security training, coordinate institution-wide safety and compliance programs, and support emergency preparedness across campus. This role develops engaging training programs, monitors safety practices, coordinates inspections and incident investigations, and helps ensure staff are prepared to respond effectively to emergencies.

The ideal candidate combines strong instructional skills with experience in security operations, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
