PM4 Fabrication Head

Ensure safe, accurate, and reliable fabrication activities that support equipment reliability, maintenance excellence, and operational continuity for PM4.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fabrication jobs within defined quality, safety, and timeline standards.
• Support maintenance, shutdown, and reliability initiatives through quality fabrication and repair work.
• Lead fabrication teams in executing repairs, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety permits, TPM, 6S, and workplace excellence standards.
• Manage fabrication resources, tools, consumables, and contractor activities effectively.
• Drive cost optimization through efficient material utilization and reduction of rework. Key Skills Required
