Learning & Development Associate

Summary: The Learning and Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in advancing our youth employability mission by driving impactful learning initiatives and strengthening engagement across our alumni network. This individual will lead efforts to expand our learning delivery footprint in strategic regions such as Kano, ensuring inclusive access to high-quality training programs.

By enhancing communication touchpoints, fostering community-driven learning initiatives, and tracking key performance metrics, the role ensures measurable improvements in alumni retention, employability outcomes, and impact storytelling. The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth empowerment, data-informed program design, and building lasting relationships that transform alumni into active brand advocates.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage learning programs tailored to youth employability needs across key regions including Kano. Strengthen alumni engagement through targeted communication strategies and community-driven initiatives. Track and analyze program outcomes to measure impact on employability, retention, and alumni satisfaction.

Collaborate with regional partners and stakeholders to expand learning delivery reach and scalability. Develop compelling narratives and impact stories to showcase program success and drive brand advocacy. Optimize learning delivery platforms and tools to enhance accessibility and user experience. Identify opportunities for program improvement based on feedback and performance data.
