We are seeking qualified applicants for our Electrical Senior Technician position. Primary Duties: This First shift position will be responsible for completing the repair or replacement of fire alarm systems as well as electrical, emergency power and related devices in Wake County facilities. Assist with Fire Alarm routine testing and repairs Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability of building infrastructure.

Assist in performing required testing of electrical, emergency power, fire alarm and related systems. Complete routine, preventative maintenance as well as emergency work orders as assigned including power outages, fire alarm troubles, generator failures etc. Monitors work progress completed by contractors. Enters information on work orders including time, materials and field notes on maintenance and repairs into GSA's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) NOTE: A criminal background and credit check will be conducted.
