Inside Sales Supervisor

Do your best work with Acme Tools, a proudly family-owned premier retailer of tools and equipment as an Inside Sales Supervisor. What You’ll Take Ownership Of: Providing direct assistance to customers by expediting complicated sales and customer requests, including specialized equipment, receiving customer complaints and assisting in resolution Requesting warehouse assistance in locating and delivering products, service department assistance in preparation of equipment, and requisitioning merchandise from the Distribution Center and purchasing department Reviewing quotations and pricing related issues and ensuring compliance with pricing policies Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, training, and supervision of Inside Sales Associates Overseeing the DOT program Helping in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays and work areas by fronting, pricing, and stocking sales shelves Participating in store events such as physical inventories, sales meetings, trade shows, and special sales This position will assist in maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity All duties and responsibilities of Inside Sales Associates This position will perform related tasks as assigned Need-To-Haves: Minimum of two years of previous sales/customer service experience Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software Ability to communicate effectively with customers Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 10 hours, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, continuously climb and descend stairs safely Ability to work a rotating Saturday shift Skills and Experience Preferred: Knowledge of tools and equipment Previous retail or customer service leadership experience About Acme Tools: Acme Tools was founded in 1948 and continues to be a family-owned operation with ten locations in North Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa.
