Volunteer Coordinator

Develop and oversee volunteer recruitment strategies; coordinate volunteer onboarding, orientation, and training programs. Schedule volunteers based on availability and Volunteer Services Program needs. Exercise independent judgment in creating volunteer program policies and procedures. Take regulatory requirements (Joint Commission, etc.)

Represent the organization with external agencies and educational institutions. Build relationships with community groups and organizations to recruit volunteers Address volunteer concerns and resolve conflicts.
