Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager drives Switch. Think Solutions' (STS) digital marketing and lead generation efforts in support of year-over-year business growth. This experienced individual contributor plans, builds, and optimizes B2B digital campaigns in Hub. Spot; creates written, visual, and video content; and uses analytics to continuously improve performance.

Working closely with the VP of STS Marketing, STS Sales, and STS Product Management, the role owns tactical campaign decisions and brings an "AI-first" mindset to every stage of marketing execution — using AI tools daily and helping build the AI agents and automations that will shape how STS markets in the future.
