We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join Berkeley Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with businesses, securing new staffing contracts, and expanding our client base across multiple industries. The ideal candidate is confident, self-driven, and skilled in communication and negotiation.

Responsibilities include

prospecting new clients, presenting staffing solutions, and closing deals. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding staffing agency and earn competitive commissions based on performance. Salary $75,000 - $100,000 per year
