Substitute Teacher – Mild/Moderate Special Education 2026-2027

Job Description / Essential Elements Called on an as needed basis when the regular teacher is out for the day or half a day.

Requirements

/ Qualifications Must possess a valid Education Specialist Instruction Credential (Mild/Moderate Support Needs). A copy of the credential must be attached to the application. Applicants holding only a 30-Day Emergency Substitute Teaching Permit are not eligible and will be screened out. Applicants with other permits or credentials may apply through the K-12 Substitute Teacher recruitment.

A copy or screenshot of your valid Education Specialist Instruction Credential (Mild/Moderate Support Needs) must be attached to your application.
