Role-Network Engineer Location-Boston, MA Responsibilities Fundamental Primary Skills
- Routing & Switching: o Extensive experience with Data Center Core & Edge Routing and Switching platforms for LAN/WAN/MAN environments – Cisco/Nexus; Juniper, Arista, o Expert Design, implementation, maintenance & troubleshooting, o Expert Routing protocols – BGP, OSPF, RIP
- Networking: o Data Center and Network Service Platform Experience – F5, Info. Blox, ACI o Extensive experience with TCP/IP – design, subnetting, troubleshooting
- Layer 2 Network Experience: o Spanning Tree, VLANs, 802.1Q
- Wireless & Remote Access: o Some Experience with Wireless technologies in corporate environments o Remote Access technologies – VPN, SSL Additional Primary Skills
- SD-WAN/MPLS o SBC experience device configuration and troubleshooting - , Viptela, Velo Cloud, Versa, Forti. Gate, Silver. Peak
- QOS expertise
- Network security o Device configuration, troubleshooting & analytics – ASA/Firepower, Palo Alto, Illumio, Checkpoint, ZTA, Private Access, SASE
- Scripting
- Python Optional
- Secondary Skills
- Experience with Voice and Collaboration platforms – CUCM, Contact Center, Enterprise Cloud Voice platforms – Genesys, Avaya One Cloud, Twilio
- Voice Network Experience
- SIP Head End Design, SBC experience (Ribbon, Oracle, and/or Cube)
- MS-Teams Cloud Integrated Voice & Direct Routing
- E911 Integration
- Intrado ERS/EGW, Red. Sky SIP Protocol experience Preferred Experience and Attributes
- At least 10+ years of network experience in a large enterprise global environment with complex network infrastructure.
- 15+ Years Industry Experience working with cross functional teams
- CCIE or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Strong customer service and documentation skills

- Ability to work other business units and application teams and drive application owners to success.
- Strong sense of understanding the big picture and how everything comes together
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize activities and work within deadlines.
