Salina Regional Health Center QUALITY DATA ABSTRACTOR RN POSITION SUMMARYThe Quality Data Abstractor, RN supports the health center's quality improvement efforts by conducting real-time and retrospective review of medical records for patients included in CMS core measures, and other health center-identified quality metrics and registries. Working as a professional registered nurse, this role evaluates appropriate inclusion and exclusion of cases using defined data dictionaries and measure specifications, and accurately abstracts and enters data into approved software systems.
