What You’ll Do Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes with confidence Collaborate with physicians and care teams to drive the best outcomes Educate patients and families on treatment plans and next steps Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and overall experience Document care accurately and maintain clinical standards Support patients and families throughout their care journey Qualifications Required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing Current AHA or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire Preferred At least one year of clinical nursing experience
