Senior Executive Sales - Special Gases

For this role you should have experience in industrial sales with Business acumen, inter personnel skills, good communication skills and preferred in travelling In this role you will be directly accountable for delivering sales targets with proper forecast in the assigned territory Further you will be managing all existing customers and Excel in “KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT” by providing value added services to customers with Linde’s strong technical and safety backing Furthermore,, you should be capable of generating new leads and new customers to increase the revenue and market share in his/her territory.

Bringing in new business through sales pitch with competitive proposals, presenting the unique selling point (USP) of Linde versus competition Moreover, you will provide seamless service in meeting customer requirements on supply, payment collection. Should have synergy with inter-departmental functions like SCM, distribution and operations for productive supplies.

Further to this you should have skill sets in Inventory management, proper forecast on supply vs demand, and developing application knowledge in major business segments Thereafter, you will complete end to end responsibility from PO generation, Invoicing, Payment follow-up and Logistics management to ensure product availability to the customer at the right place at right time Moreover, you will drive price increases appropriately when there is a need and increase input costs increase.

Proactively communicate with customers to ensure there are no conflicts at the time of billing Additionally, you should be capable in driving various Safety programs and other customer engagement technical programs
