Patient Care Coordinator
Job description
The Patient Care Coordinator manages referrals, authorizations, potential scheduling leads, and follow-up care, reducing referral leakage, delays, and denials. By coordinating non-clinical needs, the PCC protects physician and MA capacity, supporting increased patient volume and revenue. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
